This is the second installment of my e-book on The Three Levels of Self-Awareness. In this blog post I will talk about the ways in which we can increase our awareness to what is going on around us.

One of the most obvious ways in which we can increase our awareness is by changing our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. So in this post we’ll talk about how to change our habits.

As the title suggests, the most obvious way to change our habits is to change our routines. You can change them by doing what we do, but if you do it for your own good, you can get away with it. This is the most simple way to change your routines.

Changing routines is easy enough, but changing habits is much harder. It takes willpower, persistence, and planning. So to change habits, we have to do a little bit of planning, and a lot of willpower. We have to figure out the reasons why we do the things we do, and then come up with ways to change them to make them more reasonable. Once you’ve figured out what you’re not doing about it, you’ll start to see the results.

To change habits, you have to change your reason for doing them. To change our habits, we have to figure out what our reason is for doing them. And if we can figure out what our reason is, we can change habits accordingly.

So if you want to change habits, you have to figure out your reason for doing them and figure out ways to make them more reasonable. And then you can change your habits accordingly.

That’s exactly what the ejercicios para embarazadas primer trimestre video series teaches you to do. You can actually watch the ejercicios at the link below, but I highly recommend watching them all in order to figure out what you’re doing about it.

It’s a video series in Spanish, so I’ll let you watch it in English if you want to.

In this series the ejercicios are structured around three steps: 1) Identify your problem, 2) Create a solution, and 3) Monitor the progress and make sure you don’t slip up. The first step is to figure out why you’re making the particular habit you are, so that you can do something about it.

The first step is to figure out why you are making a particular habit. So, how do you know when you’re making a habit? Well, it’s pretty simple—you’ve probably done it a million times before. Or maybe you have a few more than a few times but you’ve avoided it until now because you assumed it was an old habit. No. You are making a habit because you are a person with a problem.
