“Bojhaliyan” means “the art of the body” in Persian, a Persian art form. This is the art of self-awareness, and it is what I am practicing in this book. I believe it is a key to creating a healthy, happy, and content life.
I think the concept of bojhaliyan is probably most closely aligned with the first principle of mindfulness, “Be the best you can be.” Being aware of your body is the first step in being your best. One of the things that I love about the Bojhaliyan philosophy is that it’ll be easy to apply to real life.

It does seem to be a common belief that if you have something in your body (for example your heart) that you have to keep it in a certain way, then you must keep it that way. It is a very difficult thing for most of us to accept so it is easy to misunderstand or misinterpret. Thats why I am trying to explain it with a quote from the great teacher, Mahatma Gandhi: “Be the change you want to see in the world.
Yes, we can. We can be helpful or helpful, but we cannot be lazy. We are humans and we have to have a certain standard of behavior. We have to think about what is important and what is frivolous. We can help or we can be lazy. We can even be selfish, but we have to make sure we are doing something good.
It’s easy to have a bad day and forget that Gandhi was a pacifist and not a terrorist. But Gandhi’s philosophy was to be selfless and non-violent and to accept others for what they are. People who think that they can only be good in this world are not only selfish, but they are also missing the point.
The point is to be good. Gandhis philosophy was to be willing to accept the others as they are. He accepted the people who were poor and who had physical defects, and he let them be. He didn’t try to make the others into something better. He was a good man, and that’s all that matters.
For me, this is a philosophy that I really can relate to. I think it’s important to see that we can’t control everything. We can’t be perfect, but we can be better. It doesn’t matter what anyone says, or what anyone thinks, because the important thing is what you do.
It’s a much better thing to take out an anti-gravitational agent to kill a bunch of people than to take out a great, powerful, powerful person who is just gonna be a great, powerful person.
