Ahmed is the author of the book “I Am Not a Guru” and the blog “I Am Not a Self-Awareness Junkie.” I just saw the trailer for his new book and I think I may have to read it at some point. I think I will write a blog post about it first. In any case, I think it’s a great and informative read.
I have a couple of thoughts about this. First, your attitude toward self-awareness is quite strong. You could be pretty ignorant about the world. Then take a step back and think about what you do to your self. Because of the self-awareness mindset, you can actually do anything you want to do. You could become a self-aware person, but you couldn’t be, or you could be a self-aware person who gets to know you.
I think this is a common misconception, but I think we are at a point in our lives where we no longer think about and act on the self-awareness mindset.
Self-awareness isn’t that hard to achieve. If you want to get a better grasp on what it is you want to do, ask yourself some questions. Do you have a realistic goal in mind? If you know what you want to do, then it is fairly straightforward to reach it. If you want to be a better person, then you need to do good things to make yourself a better person. Think about what you want to become, what you want to accomplish, etc.
The problem is that people don’t always know what they want. They have no idea what they want to accomplish, or what they want to become, or what they want to accomplish with. Its easy to get caught up in the things that you want to do, and forget about the things that you actually want to accomplish. If you want to be a better person, then you need to figure out what you want to do, and then do that.
One of the biggest areas of self-awareness we’re talking about is our goals. If you have a goal, then your actions will reflect that. You can write down a list of goals that you want to accomplish, and then go out and live by them. Once you have goals on paper, it’s a lot easier to change your behavior.
The other big area of self-awareness is what you’re doing when you’re doing it. We’ve all been in situations where we have done things that we later regret. These things can be things like drinking, smoking, and doing drugs. The difference between regret and regret is that in regret, you have a plan of action that you are going to follow up with. In regret, you don’t.
This is a very real problem that the world at large is dealing with. Many people have been addicted to the drug of choice for a long time now. It can be very difficult to change your behavior.
